Return of goods by customer request
- You can return the goods within 14 days after receipt.
- Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented or scratched may be denied a return.
- You can return any item sold by the piece. Items sold by the meter (fabrics, trims, ribbons, etc.) and cut to your individual specification are non-returnable.
- If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if your order doesn't match rules after return item.
- If the reason for return is not a result of an artfabric.store error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return is a result of an artfabric.store mistake
If the reason for return is a result of an artfabric.store mistake, you may return the goods within 15 days after receipt of the order.
- If the return is the result of a artfabric.store mistake, we'll refund return shipping costs as well.
- The return of the goods should be made by regular mail package or by another shipping service with agreement of artfabric.store

Refund method and timing
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them.
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, CORSETERIA D.O.O is obliged to make the refund exclusively via AmericanExpress (AmEx), DinaCard, Maestro/MasterCard and VISA payment method, which means that the Institution of electronic money will refund the funds to the payment card user's account at the seller's request.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
